In terms of the provisions of the Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003, the Municipal Asset Transfer Regulations R.878/2008, The City of Mbombela’s Supply Chain Management Policy and Asset Management Policy, tenders are hereby invited for the auctioning of assets owned by the City of Mbombela.
